Hotel O Hill View Residency near ACA Stadium

Pathetic room conditions. . Dirty bedsheets seem more than 5 yrs old. The room was stinking and there was no proper light.

They said the hottle is already full and could not give any room. Although they have managed is in another nearby hotel but took extra 500 rs more. This is a terrible hotel and you should remove it from your list. They were taking advantage of the arijit singh concert organized nearby and we're charging 3000 rs. For a room. And all the other consumers that have booked the hotel previously were told that the room were full. And merely asking everyone to call the customer care and ask for refund. Please do check the background of all such matter before confirming a booking. I am very disappointed about your customer service as well as the hotel.

W erst experience ever, bedroom and bathroom toilet are in very bad connection and smells like hell. Their kitchen totally messed, they charged extra for room upgration and again i experience the same. Zero management, zero care, zero hospitality. Tottaly rubbish hotel.

I had done this booking as the original booking i made happened to be. At this property, first thing was that they refused entry stating we need to pay extra. I paid 2000- extra as i had 4 women with me and did not have the time or temperament to argue. The receptionist and room boys were willing to help in every way possible but the property itself was filthy and infested with cockroaches. The taps were leaking and one of the bathrooms had waterlogging. Do not have images handy. Sorry

I didn't stayed there because hotel was asking for extra money

Very bad experience, denied cheking, asked for rs 500 more amount before checking or else checking was denied. A

It's a far from the city, within 1 km of this hotel nothing is there, if you want to smoke then also you have to travel or walk at least 1 km. And the staff behaviour is also not good, the hotel charge me extra 500 per day saying that they don't have any room left in my booking rate and they denied booking, at that time i have to pay another rs 500 extra for the room, this is a pathetic experience with mmt, so the rating is 1, this hotel don't even deserve 1 star.

To be honest, it was one of the worst experience I had ever encountered. When we reached the Property and went to the reception counter, They told me OYO had overbooked. As there was only 20 rooms in the property, OYO had overbooked to 40 rooms. as after I paid my whole amount, I couldn't get any rooms in this property and I had to face lots of problems while looking for hotels at specific time and had to pay extra. Very bed hotel. I will never want to go at that hotel

After booking & online payment the reception boy want extra money others wise no any room to stay

1000 rs paid 6 extra to the hotel as instructed by mm t help line to refund the extra amount. Hotel's manager still not provided the bill to me after asking several times. Please do something on priority

Worst hotel. I highly recommend not to stay in this hotel.

It was of the worst place i’ve ever booked, if you’re a clean freak never go to this place, such a nasty and pathetic conditions of furniture and if you’re a solo traveler, you’re not alone there you have to spend the night with lizards and cockroaches.

Worst facility. There were no water in the bathroom and insects were there in the room and bathroom. Room was very dirty. Even after contacting them multiple times they haven’t cleaned the room and nobody came for the room service. Bedsheet mattress everything was dirty. I have got infection on my skin and it’s red. It’s itching very badly!

I spent a night over there. But the atmosphere i faced not good enough

The view from the terrace of the hotel is beautiful.

The hotel room walls aren't clean and hot water isn't working. I've changed my room to terrace and it's pretty good and a bit expensive.

Ok type. Tempted as per the pictures shown, but not well maintained. So-rounding area and location of the hotel is not good for visiting purpose.
