we have did the full payment but while check-in they have took one more additional payment

I found the location through make my trip aap no good service, dirty room, bed also dirty toilet condition is very poor

I booked 2 rooms, and on check in they asked for extra 50% of the booking amount as i paid. The rooms were terrible no locks, no proper chairs or towels. Absolutely unhygienic and dirty

hotels are charging on the spot or check in time.

They don’t allow check in and asking for extra money which is more than 300% of original booking. Don’t book or suggest to anyone for this hotel.

Every roads r blocked to that filthy hotel stained room, blanket, beer bottles every where street dogs were inside and they were licking the same plate, the plate given to us for food it can't b called an hotel broken doors, safety was really concern stinks like a public washroom

Hotel charged additional 400 rs stating makemytrip price i have booked is at lower rate, toilets rooms towels are all dirty, dustbin plastic bucket kept at room already has lot of used cans polythene etc. And not cleaned, which i found after checkin, cupboard has no hangers even to hang clothes, tv is not working, bedroom door paint is completely gone and looks like you are not in a hotel room rather in some village and taken room, cobwebs, cockroach roaming around, dirty fan, non functional kitchen. Toilet is also attached for some rooms and for some rooms it is sharing, overall pathetic hotel to stay. No pics taken. I paid 400 rs extra which was taken forcefully. Can i get that back?

No cleanliness. Cockroaches were all around the floor. No tv connection. Dirty room with dirty bedsheet and bed. You should crosscheck with video call after rooms were allotted to clients. You people consider it as deluxe room. What kind of it. I have to take the room as you have mentioned it as non refundable and it was 11pm at night. It will difficult for me to search another hotel at night.

Hotel is good facility is also good

Rooms were eternally dirty, not maintained at all. Washroom fixtures were all broken. Towel, water bottle, nothing was provided. Room was so dirty i can't even begin with same goes for washroom. Either don't call it a hotel or if calling act like one

All things goods. Just. The hyegine part. Bit weird. Staff awesome.

Location was a bit difficult to find. Other than that everything else was okay except my check-in experience which was terrible. I had to wait for almost 2hrs outside hotel and then pay extra amount to be able to check in. I had been assured of the reimbursement from mm t team but still no response. I have already sent the invoice of the extra amount via email.
