Unclean and unhygienic stay. Worst location. Disappointed. Location map not perfect. They provide room couple for hour basis.

It was a very small room, the bathroom was not cleaned properly they charged an extra 500 for ac and tv

They charged extra 400 rupees at check in time. I showed him booking transaction, but they are not interested to see the booking confirmation. They said room are not available which i booked, that's why they charged extra, because they provide me better room. But all room are same. No extra facilities.

The crew is relaxed, and there are big sofas. Nice place for stay.

The staff was very rude. The size of bed was very small and not as shown at the booking time. The room was dirty and linen and pillow covers are dirty. There is not drinking water facility and it was chargeable. The staff was forcing us to pay more for changing the room. They are making fool to the online booking customers

I've stayed many hotels before but this is the worst experience I've ever had. There was problem in TV, Wi-Fi was not working, bathroom was not neat clean, even after bath I saw that the water was stuck. I called the receptionist, they send a cleaner but after some time water again get stuck. Many other bad experiences. Please don't go.
