We booked this hotel from mmt, money was also deducted from our account and we received confirmation booking voucher for our booking, but we were denied check in to the hotel and they were also not picking up mmt's customer care calls and when we asked them to talk to mmt customer care, they denied saying that we won't talk to anyone and we won't allow your check in. Terrible experience

businessOyo vendor are lost their faith on Oyo, hence they don't honor check in as per the final payment made by customer based on the price shown as final payment. they again charge extra payment. hence all issue pertained after payment made to oyo.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. Hotel staff don’t have manners to talk with guests. They don’t have managing skills, even with booked reservations they denied checkin into hotel. Rooms are not cleaned properly. No hygiene maintained, no cleaned bed sheets and quilts used in room.
