would never like a stay here on this hotel again very poor experience booked 2 room one for myself and one for my relatives the manager didn't allowed me to enter their room the whole time plus the room size is so small and compact it felt like suffocation. very terrible experience.

hotel both fraud, the worst experience ever. they don't have water facilities, pictures and reality are extremely opposite.

The photos they show on the site, No room available at hotel,and the room size of hotel is only 3 feet by 5 feet only one person can stay there and the ceiling height of the room is around 6 feet. This hotel was an utter disappointment from the moment we stepped in. The room was incredibly dirty, with stained sheets, dusty furniture, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff were unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns about the poor condition of the room. The noise levels were unbearable, with constant disturbances from the hallway and the street below. Avoid this place at all costs - it's simply not worth the money, bad smell in the hotel.

The room provided by the hotel was not as it was shown. They had only one room in which the amenities given in the description were also not available. When asked about it, the owner denied cancel-ling the booking and asked to stay only in that room even if we didn't want to. It was a terrible experience and makemytrip should make a compulsion to the hotels to not take bookings if the rooms are not available. I don't want discount, i want my refund because i even had paid extra for secure my trip and the experience was more worse than anything

There is no rooms like pictures and everything charges extra bed and toilet are not cleaned. It was a horrible thing for couples.

Behavior of reception person is very bad. He told me that we can not provide you room on this low rate. Then after i talk with customer care and after this he give me very bad room. Room is too much small and he told me it's big room after some time you have to change this room we will give you small room b'coz of low rent. I wait more then 1. 5 hours for room and he given me very very poor room. No network for call and net. Its terrible. Humbly request you to do not plan for stay here.

They did not had a single room for 3 people and u booked us a room for 3 people we did not stay there please give our money back

I think there should be more options in mumbai. Better hotels with clean and better facilities. As it's one the tourism city.

I booked a oyo hotel (room size 120sqft) and when i reached at location I found smaller room. I contacted oyo rooms but they said that manager is saying that he is providing you the same room. In the end OYO customer care agreed to refund my money. I tried to click the photos inside the room but he denied to do so. I booked another hotel and left.

its strictly written here OYO booking not accepted. They will not give room and demand for extra money to alot room. Manager want from us to cancel booking and give money to allot you rooms. No breakfast, denial for everything. Room are tiny like pigeon cage. Smell of cigarette comes.
