Hotel O Blue Ocean Near R City Mall

I min i entered i knew the people are shady. Myself and my friend who is a female too checked in around 5am in the morning they charged extra 700 for the early check in. Okay that is fine. Went into the room literal smoke smell. Literal bedsheet with vomiting lipstick stains and also what all stains god knows. Whole place is unhygienic . Had to beg that helper to change the bedsheets yet he got pissed for my request. Somebody that place itself messaged ( vulgar ones) and called me and friend after we left to the city for the day. After this incident we came and checkout the hotel on april 18th itself. We paid for 2 days. trust me guys we didnt even ask for the refund. I suggest you all DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. People are shady. Not at all safe. I would love to attach the messages they have sent but unfortunately i blocked and reported thus the messages had gone. Once again DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Extra payment asked for checking in. No dental kit. No parking paid 200 rs for parking. No geyser. No utility water in morning till 10am. No bislery provided by hotel. Door lock broken. No AC remote provided. Very dirty kitchen and irresponsible staff. Rodents roaming in kitchen over food. Promised breakfast not provided. support resolution was not good.

Very bad and not clean and all over bugs and mosquitos, the bathroom is also not good and clean. I will Not suggest a good stay. Staff are also not trained on how to treat customers to give good service, ac remote not provide,,, hot and cool water not providing...

Wrist hotel i heaver ever seen in my life. Dirty room. Dirty washroom. No geyser in washroom. Ac not working properly. Belonging was very dirty and unhygienic. Staff was very rude and not suppotive. Overall very bad experience

first of all the smelly room no ventilation no tv working charging stol near bed is not working ac remote not available had to due manually all night no fan controller button no food inside hotel no water heater in washroom big moqito like snake I found while bath even they didn't found key 🔐 of room I had to leave for my meeting by leaving my stuff without lock the room all the pointers can be confirmed from hotel this was worst experience ever and I will not suggest

One of the worst experience i face by selection this hotel. No proper room. Insects and most all around. No ac working, no hot water in the room. Bad sheet and towel are dirty. I have select breakfast while booking but hotel staff refuse while check in as they do not have any facility. I have paid extra 1000 rs for early check in even after it is mentioned in my booking for early check in allow. All in all very bad experience

Make my trip is worst experience given booking id is wring no one is responsible. Customer service is not responding

Very disappointing experience. I booked the hotel because it was very near to my venue and it has very good reviews by customer. so I was sure there's nothing to worry as I am booking a very famous OYO franchise hotel. but the reality was totally different..... when I reached there, they showed me 4 different rooms, each room with its own disadvantage... one didn't had working AC, one didn't had water supply in bathroom, two of them didn't had the jetspray in working condition... above all these no room has Working TV in it and most of the room didn't had the geyser in working condition for warm water..and None of them was clean or hygienic, there was bad smell of cigarettes in few rooms all over, no clean bedsheets or blanket was available..... Then I had requested them but they couldn't understand and said you can complaint anywhere you want but you wil have to live in one of the 4 rooms only... Then I checked there was one more room, very clean and hygienic reserved for some couple for their personal task for which they charge 1800 rs for 3 hrs.. They weren't ready to allot me that room even if it wasn't booked and there was no one staying in that room... After arguing for another half an hour or so, they finally accepted their cheating game and alloted me that room....even in that room, TV was not working, felt like the AC itself was counting it's last breaths and wanting to die soon, light was blinking constantly, also no geyser, jetspray not working properly and no mineral water was provided, and when asked for mineral water they charges extra money... I mean I can't understand why do they call it a HOTEL?? and why are they charging this much money for?? Just for some bed to sleep for?? Even all the other guest house has all these facilities that too at a cheaper rate... So can't call it a guest house either... very horrible experience Please look into this issue... ask the receptionist or manager to provide basic facilities don't book this hotel, go to any "Dharm-shala" or "Guest-house", which will be way better than this.... Also the address given is wrong, please correct it. It's not near R city mall, it's a little far from it and behind the R city mall... I had to pay double the amount to Taxi driver for the wrong address . Also upload the real images I have uploaded, not the ones given by the Hotel on their opening ceremony...

Hot water not working, ac not working properly, room keys not provided, there is no soap and all provided cost is also high

It was really a very bad experience for me. Even after booking confirmation i was not allowed to checkin as the room was not available as per receptionist feedback. After so many request and spending over the 1. 5 hours in the morning at 5. 30 am he proposed to checkin in non ac rooms. Please do not book in this property at room standard is very bad. Cleaning level zero. Worst quality behavior of staff.

The environment was very peaceful and relaxing. It was a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Rooms were like a cozy cocoon perfect for a peaceful night's sleep.

This was 10.10 room with walls having big cracks and no windows. The room was given had so much dirt below the bed. Trust me they didnt cleab anything before handing over room

The rooms were untidy and the staff were rude. There was this foul smell all over the hotel. Location of the hotel is good but they have issue with hygiene.

Decent choice for a budget-friendly stay - the room was clean and the bed was comfy .

Everything thing in worst condition. I suggest for family do not book oyo hotels. No food facilities.
