coupleIt was a terrible experience, the room wasn't clean at all. The ac was not working, there was water dripping from it constantly. The linens were dirty. The double bed had separate mattresses with a huge division in between. There was no room service. The washroom was unclean, nothing would go down the flush. There were rats and cockroaches around. It was a terrible experience. The only good thing about it is the location as it just 2 steps from the metro station.
