Good hotel for its price. Very Basic amenities. Located in a good colony. Basically it’s a good for overnight stay nothing much to be talked about

they are not welcoming you properly if you book ur booking . this property is not for family and business purposes. this is just for couples where you spend an hour and nothing beyond from it. third class staff and reception person is full of attitude. Every time 5-6 people are sitting there and sorry but all seems perfect nashedi

They provide me room in some other property. Which is far away from my preferred lender location. Room service is poor in this hotel

Very Lasy guy room not clean properly, not cleaning dust properly 😡😡😡😡 100 baat pe ek hi baat bolunga bahut ghatiya tareeka hai Ajay jo manager hai ya Reception pe jo rahte hai , किससे कैसे बात की जाती है करना जानते ही नहीं हैं ऊपर से घमंड इतना की बोलते हैं 50 होटल हैं लुधियाना में मेरे न तो टाईम पे क्लीनिंग कराते हैं कमरे की न तो गिलाफ़ कभी क्लीन होती है

Hotel receptionist behaviour very bad he dont have manners to talk customers and hotel not allow family members also for meeting and check out 11 am but they forcing for go out 10am very bad service and experience

All things was good, i was happy to stay, food was also good, i enjoyed trip with my family. I recommend to stay in hotel

The hotel is in a good location. But the cleanliness of the rooms is utterly disappointing. Pillows and bed sheets were full of hair, yellow stains and buckets, comode were not well kept. The dim lights were non existent. Tv was working in 1 room and not the other. Manager was good to change the sheets in 30 mins, however they delivered a faulty service of both rooms in the first instance. Otherwise, lift and lobby areas were clean enough, rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is issue.

The front desk at the hotel said they are not taking any booking from mm t and cited some ongoing issue with your platform and did not give me a room based on my prepaid booking. Request you to kindly arrange for refund regards anand

Stay is nice. Hotel is good. Food is also nice plus market is very close

Every-time i book. This hotel, they always say that they don't have room But when i insist them and tell them if u don't have rooms then u should off your booking. Then like always will get a room after a hassle of 20 mins

When i checked in they said they are fully booked, when i said that i had booked and called the property also, after that the room provided to me was not good, air conditioner wasn't working. They they changed the room after an hour of hassle. Room service was zero, i have to get the food myself from the desk. I mean they don't have service boys. Only 2 guys were there and they were quite busy while taking care of everything. Food was bad. I had to order from zomato after i had their food. Overall it was an below average stay

It was a good stay and the staff was helpful. Hence my prepaid payment was not reflecting them as a problem occurs from mm t side. But the guy still allows me check-in after wait of 30mins when the payment still didn't reflected. But the stay was good. Food was good

But they charge rs 300 more even after confirmation by make my trip otherwise everything is fine
