Hotel O Calangute Beach Resort

Very poor experience.. Room was very bad. no proper lightning, no wifi, no Tv connection, no hot water.. bed sheets are very black.. Ac Not cooling proper..

The care taker was rude and the corridor, beedsheet and room was not clean well. And ac was not cooling at all.

Tv not working, water leakage, mosquito problem, ac not cooling, staff behaviour is rude, room in picture and real is not same

The service was good. The staff were welcoming, we had a issue if mattress which they solved, only problem is that yiu order from zomato or somewhere

*nagetive: the room i had booked was not there, hence i paid an extra rs 3500 for the good room. *positive* services are very good. The hotel staff is great. The food test is very good.
