location was average. Disappointed with services.

Rooms were not like as shown, breakfast included in package was not there as no kitchen service in hotel, water issue as tanks were connection issue, broken mirror, untidy bathroom, torn bedsheet and pillow covers.

Worst the worst experience. The worst. We were not even allowed to check in as they say there is electricity problems while others were given rooms. Rooms were full. If there was electricity problem why others were given rooms. At midnight we were looking for other hotel. Worst worst experience. Never ever book from make my trip

The room quality is very bad and the staff is not co operative. They charge extra money in cash after reach on oyo celebrations BnB Home. After I reach with my luggage they know it is very difficult to go away and search another hotel with lugging at night time they charge extra money on above the price and arguing with me with a slang language. Almost they charge double money in cash. And provide a room with broken key and toilet is very dirty and also bedsheet is old. This is worst scenario I have faced.

Hotel take extra 200 from us and told either pay otherwise can leave, and it was very late, so we don’t have any option hence pay him.

I booked for 3 days, when i reached properly they showed me some bad room, really bad. Not suitable for families. Horrible no clineliness, stay away

After paying as much as i paid, the useless people asked for 400

We stay as a couple but room has not locked and also washroom was too unhygienic. And i had to pay extra money. 300 rs. After booking so pols be careful. To visit this hotel. And there is nothing to offer you although not even ask for water.

the stay was totally poor and substandard. when i went to the oyo, i was informed there was no room. then i had to shift to another hotel

This was terrible experience during stay at this hotel. Room was not cleaned. When entered in room than all adjoining windows was opened & so a lot of mosquitos was in the room & no mosquito killer was kept in room. No telephone was in room to connect with reception. At 10. 00 pm before sleeping, i gone at reception for the availability of draining water bottle but they told that no bottle available in hotel & so i taken rest without water during whole night. During morning, when we seen in bathroom, there was no fountain in bathroom (no issue if no fountain in room) but actual problem was that no balti was in bathroom to keep the mixed (hot & cold water. I gone at reception that how to take bath without mixed water than found at untill 08. 00 am, reception gate was closed. I pushed many times but nobody opened the reception room. Ultimately i used my small empty water bottle to take the bath. You can imagine the whole scnerio. Please do not go in this hotel please.

About 3 am i lost my car from this hotel. Someone stole my car. About 2 to 3 lacs luggage and expensive things was in my car.

There are several issues retard to the hotel. Its like a creepy place, and all the walls and bathrooms are full of moulds and musky odour. Probably the bed covers and pillow covers were washed several months ago. The crevices of couch and beds are full of insects, spilled peanuts, and cigarette butts. The doors are without lock, and if they have, we are not provided with one. The people managing the property are even more exceptional. One of them will come knocking at room door with a smoke, and demanding that you should vacate the room, bcoz there's another guest whom he has to entertain. If you refuse, they'd threaten to barge in and throw away all your belongings. So ya, beware before booking.

The stay was horrible. The person at the hotel demanded extra money for allowing checkout.

Paid extra amount to hotel and they denied providing me bill for this, they had security and checkin issue, all of these things were already intimated, no action so far.

Average hotel one day stay is good. Nearby metro station kaushambi

The junior staff here is fine. The manager is very useless. Do not even provide water. Even the room facility is useless and all is normal, no problemtv is not working and dth also not working. Don't even give breakfast. These people speak. We have not bf
