not proper hotel maintenance and most important think is that they should show but not provide all those this. and also cheated her customer very bad this and not response after customer ask.

Unwanted stay

Far from city, no lift facility, service charge for food taken, hardly any tv Channel, bad telephone, bad response from MakeMyTrip.
