No any facility, washroom dirty, no any bucket, no shop, no towel, no any jug so it is very poor.

Very bad room. It is very bad

Housekeeping was nothing very poor quality of furniture

Very poor, even there is no lock in bathroom and rooms are very old and dirty

I am really disappointed because this hotel service so poor and room not clean no towel no soap in washroom

Average room. Given the price, it was OK, however its not the place if you are looking for staying experience. Also A/c of my room was not working properly. Hotel staff were really nice and helpful. OK if you want to stay alone, however not for couples if seeking pleasurable staying experience. WiFi internet connection was not up to the mark.

Room cleaning was nice. Staff was good, just need to improve that is there should be water bottle in available in room when guest comes to the room.

The service was very poor at the hotel. Geyser was not working. Tv remote was not working. Set top box remote was missing. Tea was not available. Printer was not working. In all manner the hotel was not so good.

The location of hotel is the very best. Near bus stand Karnal and near by Clock tower. It's situated in Center of the City Karnal. Location wise no doubt excellent location. Service wise Too poor. No kitchen available at hotel. Problem in getting tea and food in rooms. For.

The only plus point of this hotel is it's location. It is very near to bus depot and probably from railway station. Staff is polite and helpful. And hotel provided with a soap, shampoo pouch and hair oil pouch. That's about it. The room is decaying. Paint peeling off from walls, though clean but room appears like an unkempt place. Bathroom was barely clean. The WC had cracks all over and when I sat on it, there was a big vibration. For a moment I thought, it will break into small pieces. Bedsheet on the bed was old and torn. Pillow cover was stained. It gave a feeling of seedy lowly hotel or guest house. For people looking for low budget decent place to spend a night or two, it is okay. Other wise avoid

Room is fully cleaned... Location is near to bus stand and market.. But wine shop situated at ground floor.. Its looking and feel very bad if you came wd your female partner and along with your family.. Check in policy is very strict.. But staff is very cooperated.. I want to visit again here.

Facilities are not good. It is near about bus stand. Behavior is not good. Basic facilities is average. I never book this hotel at this cost. I gave suggestion please check the hotel facilities before connecting with make my trip. But this hotel is near about market.

Three room was quite small. The AC took 6 hours to cool the room. Bathroom door lock was broken. Small CRT TV instead of. Only soap provided in toiletries. The saving grace was that the staff was helpful.
