Hotel O Crown Square

it is not a hotel at all. its a raw building with here and there dirty rooms with broken furniture and bathroom fittings. also there is no water. it is located in a very poor downtown locality. not at all suitable for individual corporates or families. A BIG NO.

firstly I faced the problem to find the property's location then we booked air conditioning room but the assistant of hotel said If you want air conditioning room then you have to pay extra charges but after arguing some time with him he provided us ac room but the next day he again said us to manage and sift to non ac room but we didn't agreed with him... So that was my review. if you book room in there hotel please clear all details with them (( And the most important thing hotel's blankets and bedsheets was stained ))

There was no geyser available for hot water in winters so I had to take cold shower bath and staff was not cooperative they didn't helped me solving these issues and they made false promises

The place is fine. The room i got was not clean especially the floor. The chair seat was torn. There was stains over the bedsheet and blanket.

The hotel room was dodo much dirty. The hotel is not for family.

In this price range got the great deal. Services of the hotel can be improved bit more. As it took almost 20 minutes to get the room ready after reaching the hotel. Over all love the stay. Also there were no bath amenities like soap or towels.

i charged for super oyo flagship hotel crown square.and when i enter to this hotel in reception he takes 500 rp extra money.i totally disappointed from this hotel

The bathroom door was jammed

Location is ok. There are no amenities. Dirty linen, no water most of the time. Bathroom was very dirty.

The place was clean and most importantly the toilet of both rooms and sitting area were also clean. All staff maintain hygiene.

There was friendliness and professionalism in the staff members. The rooom had all the facilities in place and i loved my experience here so good hotel

Front office manager was awesome. He was almost meeting every guests and trying to make sure that all guests are comfortable
