We had very bad experience. We have booked ac room, but they gave non ac room. That also he refused to give a room, then we spoke to customer care then only he gave the room. No parking, no heater, no place to keep the our things,dirty washroom totally we were disappointed

This hotel was listed in the app with high discount and i booked it. I went to hotel at 10. 30pm with family. They demanded money during checkin and threatened me. After some arguments they allocated me a room that seemed wasn’t in use for at least an year with full of dust. I have booked an a/c room and there was no a/c or even proper ventilation in that room i have provided with. Please don’t book this hotel.
