The property is located at a walking distance from Sardar Patel Postgraduate Institute. However, the caretakers' behavior and sanitation are very poor. The property is well-built but poorly maintained. The kitchen is dirtier than the streets. The allocated rooms are averagely maintained and improperly cleaned. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and doesn't care about the guests' inconvenience. On the other hand, some guests loved their stay and appreciated the property's location, cozy and clean rooms, and excellent service. However, some guests had a terrible experience as they were denied their booking and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.
