Bad experience and washroom as well room is not good

After up firm booking, incharge has taken 300 Rs charges as well germs also provided bedroom bedsheet and pillow. And no cable connection provided, only led for show

Worst horrible and waste of money

Unprofessional and immature staff. Very poor service. Intercom is there but no was not given. Towel, handwash soap was not given. Power went off for the whole night. No water even to brush and for the washroom. Oyo must take action for this.
