Many of the amenities listed, such as an induction cooktop, telephone, and closet, were missing from the room. I was most upset that mineral water was not provided, even though i paid for all the services. I am not satisfied with your service and i cannot trust your service.

unhygienic room conditions i am writing to express my disappointment with the conditions of my recent stay at hotel. i checked into room on 31/08/2024, and i was appalled to find that the room and washroom were in an extremely unhygienic state. the room had not been cleaned properly, and the washroom was even worse, with visible dirt and grime. additionally, i encountered lizards roaming in the washroom, which is completely unacceptable and made my stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. due to these unacceptable conditions, i decided to check out one day earlier than my original check-out date. this situation has caused significant inconvenience and discomfort, this level of cleanliness is far below the standards i expect and it has significantly affected my overall experience. i urge to take immediate action to address these concerns to prevent other guests from encountering similar issues.

The staff was very rude. We had to wait for almost an hour before check in as they were denying the check in. My experience was really very terrible.
