They are not accepting. They have charged an extra price. Don't book. I have faced this situation. I have already booked. But when you reached the hotel they are not accepting that. Worst experience.

they ask to pay additional charges to check in so better to confirm first and book the hotel

Location is said 1. 5 km from station but actually 5 km. Wrong info on net. No drinking water provides. Have to purchase. That too @30 rupees per liter. Day robbery. Train g need to staff for customer interaction. Too rough in hospitality business. It's better close this service. Won't recommend anyone. Check other option if possible.
