Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Ritik at the reception area was extremely polite and welcoming. He made the check-in process smooth and was always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. Really appreciated the warm hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

Property location is in industrial area. I waited for 4 hr for check-in. Reached 1 pm and they gave room 5 pm. No drinking water given during 6 days staying. Rats are available at midnight in the room. Very poor experience.
