Hotel O Eswar Residency Avadi

I got the room, and it is poorly maintained, completely dirty. After two days, with still four more days of stay, they said I have to move to a different branch of theirs, 25 km from the original one. And even though I said I have work there, I can't move to a new place. They insisted on going or vacating when I wanted to vacate. They said they could refund, as I booked through MMT. I had no choice but to go there or vacate without a refund. I went to that other hotel, but the AC was not working, and no water often. Really bad experience.

I booked two days . With charg . But extra pay give the staff. Clearly cheating. Too bad attitude of staffs. Most of the information mentioned on the site is false. Rooms were not clean. Only common bathroom, No water in wash basin, Room door lock was damaged, The cot was very dirty. They don't even provide a table/chair in the room, One room had a very low-quality mirror, and the other had a broken mirror. The room images shown on the site are fake. No support from staff,

I booked through make my trip. And they didn allowed to check in. Since I booked by make my trip. And used bad words on me. Since I’m a Malayali . And they asked me to pay the same amount I paid in make my trip. And I have no other option. It was night time. And I paid.

Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended We booked a room at Hotel O Eswar Residency, and our experience was extremely disappointing. There were several serious issues: Only one common washroom for the entire floor, which had 6 rooms. All guests had to share that single washroom. The washroom was dirty and unhygienic, filled with used shampoo packets, innerwear, and other trash. No Wi-Fi was available despite it being listed in the amenities. No provision for drinking water was made available. The receptionist's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t even allow us to speak properly and were very arrogant in their responses. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. This place is definitely not recommended for anyone. Please avoid staying here, as you will likely suffer the same issues we did.

Worst experience. I booked a room online with full payment, but when I reached the hotel, the hotel staff asked me for extra money. They refused to consider my online booking. I had to argue with them and threaten to complain to OYO/MakeMyTrip customer care. Only then did they allow me to stay, but they gave me a single-sharing room even though I had paid for a double-sharing room.
