Dirty room, very bad smell, dirty water, poor service, please don't recommend these types of hotels.

Reception staff was good but room service staff was terrible, like after every 10mins, he used to knock my door to wake me up and bother me for food, which I already refused and what actually i asked for he should not do that, even he didnt cleaned my room properly

Room are very dirty and unhygienic and water leakage in every room , water quality is very bad , dirty bathroom , never book this .. their are many hotel near this side with low price and better quality .. and nerve pay before site visit .. picture are very different from original room

The room was very bad, it was nothing like the photos shown. The AC was not working, mice were roaming around, the bedsheets were dirty, and the pillows had no covers. The entire room was in terrible condition, and even after repeatedly asking, no towel was provided. check in 3 pm and check out 9.30 am

invest more and try to book another hotel, the stay was terrible in itself, the Manager is too rude resist to do anything, no maintenance at all..

Ac not working, washroom is not clean, bed room is so bad

I had booked a hotel with food but after taking the money I did not get any food nor did I get my money back.

The room was dirty and smell was very bad. I found one big dead mouse in the room. So many live mouse are in room. No wifi for the guest.

The room was not provided even after the late check in, rooms were very dirty, lift also not working. To go to the 4th floor i used the staircase.

There was nothing that could be termed as amenities or services. There was no lock and key of the room and property manager was like you can trust us but we don't have any key for the room. It was a terrible experience choosing this hotel and I left it in an hour itself.

Stay at this hotel was terrible. There was no flush button with toilet. Bedsheet was stinking and had hair of previous guests. Ac was stinking. No wifi. No tv. Even the fan was not working. They don't have keys for rooms. Life was also not working. It was the worst stay of my life.

Very bad hotel. Shame on that type of hotel.s rooms were so dirty and there is no water and electricity supply in the bathroom no towel, bathroom amenity so i moved the another hotel @11pm in midnight as not possible to live that type of cheap hotel. In short looks like dharamshala without any basic facility.

One of the worst stay i have ever stayed in my recent trips. No locks for the doors and no hygiene is maintained as well. Entire walls were looking terribly and i won’t suggest you to recommend the stay. However staff were cooperative

Very bed experience, rooms are very dirty, suggest to not stay here. After seeing the room condition we were not stay here.
