not clean and hygienic and bedsheets is not washed and mud is present inside the room outside food is not allowed

The room was decent/clean and airy. However basis amenities were missing like water bottle/Elec Kettle/coffee etc. Staff was supportive.

they don't allow outside food give you crappy food at double cost without cutlery. very very dirty rooms and bathrooms.

Location is good, but public transport is not there. It was very nica to stay. Bathroom has some minor issues but overall it was fantastic.

They are not allowing outside food, even though it is mentioned on MakeMyTrip that outside food is allowed.

The overall experience was highly disappointing due to several serious issues: Staff Behavior: The staff was unprofessional and uncooperative, which set a negative tone from the beginning. Room Condition: Drinking water was not provided in the room, and the toilet flush was non-functional. The bed sheet and blanket appeared to have been previously used, indicating a lack of basic hygiene. Maintenance Issues: The walls were damp, and paint was peeling off in several places, reflecting poor upkeep of the property. Amenities: Basic amenities such as towels and a toiletry kit were missing. There was no room service available, and the property lacked a power backup facility. Lift Facility: The elevator was not operational during early morning hours, which caused considerable inconvenience. Overall, the hotel resembled a budget property operating on an hourly basis, lacking the standards one would expect from a professional or business-class stay. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel until significant improvements are made in service, cleanliness, and maintenance

Food is average, location could be found but the road there is very bad, pillow cover and bed sheets were dirty with bad smell, room also had a typical stingy smell, ac worked fine. Need to improve the facilities

Really loved how understanding and helpful staff was. Rooms were perfect for our family and everyone felt welcome here.

Our children created the happiest memories here. They still talk about our stay and ask to see pictures from our family trip.

Our children gave this hotel two thumbs up. When kids are happy, parents are happy, and we were all definitely happy here.

The cupboard in the room had no door, nor hangers to hang clothes, the bathroom also didnt have any facility to hang clothes, the room was not cleaned properly, there was stains in the bedsheet, bathroom sink and commode also was not clean. However the food was good.
