Super Hotel O Global

the hotel has charged me extra why this is beyond my understanding. this is absolutely disgusting I regret booking this lala hotel

don't book any hotel through MMT. I was booked a hotel in delhi. fraud address given and I was search for hotel throughout night but not find. it was worst experience. my payment also not refunded.

It was in very good condition and the room was very clean and spacious.near to the airport. it's was very nice hotel to stay.

Bad experience

very disappointed with property staff. then did not provided check in even before arrival already discussed the timing stuff but even after the advance payment, submitted all document like booking ID and PNR , did not avail the service. Had too much discomfort. I dont what service MMT provides, I even did not found property contact for smooth reaching or any further communication with property staff before visiting. In addition, after discussed the case with MMT even both MMT and property owner did not even given any credit for money paid. totally lost the time and money. do not recommended to first time visitor.

Bad service

hotel staff was rude room was dirty horrible stay don't book hotel openly cheating below grade -100

I have checked in at 4 O'clock at hotel but it took 5 hours for hotel authority to clean and allot me a good and serviceable room.

Room was okay. Should provide two bottles of water. Very noisy. Value for money

Excellent Location, Room Service & Transport Facilities. Really worth to stay near to Delhi Airport and AICTE Headquarters at Vasantkunj. A very good option for solo business traveller or even family touring on the way to make move from Delhi to a place in India or abroad.

Not polite with the customers . Room service is very poor . Location is difficult to find with the cab . Need to maintain toilet . Image shown in add is different with the room service . They are charge more fare for taxi

The third class hotel ever seen in my life. No response, service is bad and don't know how to speak with customer. Bad behaviour so and breakfast was complimentary but they don't even supply third class. Very bad experience in my life staying over there. Bathroom in bad condition and even room condition was bad. No supply of towel, wet towel was given. Is this what makemytrip give the room as MMT Assured.

Overall experience was very good. It was very relaxing and well enjoyed. The room service was very good and the room quality was worth it. Hotel staff was very active and full facilities were provided.

The Hotel don't have proper water facility. Hospitality was. Front deck people were rediculus. Mis behaved with me. Poor roomservice. I am surprised by Make my trip company that they are putting such hotel in this list

All basic facilities available, room service little slower and need improvement, location of hotel is best just 10 minutes to airport, price also reasonable.

An average room facility. Easy to reach at airport. Food is not for valueoney. But can buy from outside. Service is good. Cleanliness is average. Outside from city rushes. Difficult to park own vehicle. You can give 3 star
