The room was not as shown. When i complaint they said they can't help it with the refund of my money as it was clearly mentioned if not satisfied with the service then they will refund it fully.

groupIt had unbearable stench, unfriendly cold and creepy guy at the reception and very dirty. To say that we were speechless after seeing our rooms is an understatement. We couldn't imagine halting a night here. The rooms were simply terrible. We checked out immediately and the reception guy was not at all surprised or concerned. I guess it's normal for them to see people checking immediately after checking in. Do not book this hotel.

Hotel room was dirty, bed cover was used, small hairs were found on the bed sheet. Dust found everywhere. No soap & toiletries were provided.

Telephone not working

Worst Oyo Hotel I've stayed in till date

I have stayed in more than 100 Oyo's but this Hotel is the worst in which I've waited my money. I request everyone to never stay in this Hotel. If you value your money please don't book the Hotel. The room is very much dirty and the bathroom is small and smells. I have had to wait till 2 pm for getting into the room when my check in time was 12 pm. The person in reception was very rude as well. Overall this is the worse Hotel I've been to.

Worst Oyo Hotel in the center of Siliguri

False advertisement of air-conditioning, a/c doesn't work, bad staff behaviour, small dingy rooms, fungus in the walls, dirty, no window. Avoid this Hotel if you value your money.
