Cockroachs in Washroom, no sunlight in room, only one plug for charging, menu card kept in room was torn.
There were cockroaches in the washroom and commode was dirty. There were no towels in the room, we had to ask for it. Water drops were falling from above floor on air conditioner resulted in noise whole night. Bed sheet was dirty. Washroom’s Doormat was all wet. No sunlight in room at all. There were only 2 charging plugs, we had to take our television power cable from plug to charge our mobile. Pros- person on reception allowed us check out at noon instead of 11 o’clock.

We made a mid night entry there and the staff provided a hassle free room instantly. Our family members enjoyed the room abeyance a lot. We noticed a problem in locking the room while going out to roam around and the courteous staff changed the room with in 10 minutes. We enjoyed the food services also. Thanks Oyo and Goodwill. I will be providing some nice pictures of the Hotel cozy rooms afterwards.

Hotel is walking distance from Raghunath Temple. Auto facility is available from railway station. Room service is fabulous here and Hotel O Goodwill Hotel staff is very cooperative and nice. They provide good room service with very decent and polite way. They provide all basic facilities with no hidden charges. Breakfast, lunch and dinner facilities are also available. Worth for money.

Went for a two day trip to Jammu and was staying at this Goodwill Hotel O Goodwill Hotel. Very good staff and service. The only thing i was a little unsatisfied was about the WiFi as in these days its the first thing any one would ask for after check=in but other than that it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend.

First of all Hotel O Goodwill Hotel facilities were good. Staff was co-operative. Room was up to mark. Location of Hotel O Goodwill Hotel is strategic. Receptionist was good, looking attractive. Surely I will stay next time here. And I suggest to all of you to stay here and enjoy the trip.

Everything was good but the problem was in wash basin. I told to Hotel O Goodwill Hotel person about this. Every time I give this feedback but yet no improvement.

Great room. Very clean. Location is very nice it was in the middle of a market. Only thing is the food menu was limited.
