OYO 67036 RR Residency

I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place at all. I booked a room but upon arrival, I was told that no rooms were available. When I questioned how rooms were still showing as available they suddenly agreed to provide one—but only if I paid an additional ₹900. They claimed that ₹650 was just an advance, and the final price would be whatever they demanded upon arrival. To make matters worse, the room was in awful condition—filled with a bad odor, no ventilation, and a non-functional AC. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Already shared

The stay was pathetic. The rooms, bedsheets, towel, washroom everything was dirty. It is not well maintained.

This is the worst place to stay for a family. I have seen some obscene activities at this place. The geyser was not working, the rooms were not clean, the restroom was in a bad state. the photos mentioned is totally different than the reality. Wouldn't be interested to even rate 1 star but I wanted to make sure nobody books this place hence giving it a 1 star.

This hotel do not accept booking and it’s rates. Rooms are not as shown in the pictures. Not ideal for family, suitable for guys only. Cleanliness of the room is average.
