Hotel O Hanuma Residency

This property is very bad. My breakfast add in hotel booking but they are not provided and my this booking though make my trip I reached 12:05AM but hotel manager asked not showing your booking. After I connect with MMT helpline number. Give Checkin 1:15. Hotel not good.

Property was not traceable. Even locals did not knew about the property. Check in was late by 2 hours as rooms were not ready. Hotel denied complimentary breakfast. Rooms were very dirty

U need refund , I’m not stayed actually room is not good some smell is coming. I really love make my trip app but this booking I’m really worried due to some health issues I came hyd and booked this hotel. Help me to get refund

Not upto the mark and not providing towels atleast. No power back up and doors not good. Plesae cross check before choosing

Terrible, the worst hotel i have ever faced in my life. The manager is rude and busy playing games without attending the customer. Moreover, he forcefully charged me 330 rs extra for the room

1) room was not clean 2) bed sheets were not clean 3) no wi-fi available 4) no drinking water provided. Paid water was only available.

Worst stay

Very worst hotel. This hotel is not for us. I could not able to sleep whole night because of lot of disturbance. Suggest this is not a good hotel.

Receptionist asked extra money for staying it shows wrong price and asked extra amount for staying. And they charged for water bottle also.

As we booked the hotel on make my trip app by paying all the amount which was shown by make my trip app with charges. While checking in to the hotel the hotel management was collecting extra money almost equal amount which i paid at the make my trip app

Hotel was neat and clean. Room size and bathroom size was good. Water filter was installed. They provided me facility to keep my luggage till evening after checkout. However room cleaning was not done everyday as i stayed for 3 days. I liked the hotel for it's location as it was close to victoria memorial metro station.
