I did not stay at all

I cancelled through the telephonic twice but still didn't get the refund. make my trip is one of the worst service. while booking they showing something different name and when going to the hotel that is different name they were located. I waited there to confirm booking the property for an hour and then they said room booking not available. My whole day spoiled cause make my trip app.. they are not providing proper booking hotel name. While entering the oyo hotel they treat me like horse and said no room booking available... Ask me to cancel through make my trip app. So that called and cancelled but still I didn't get the refund... I didn't check in I just left from there. so I didn't take any photos for review

very poor experience, should improve the hospitality, also reception is average, rooms are not clean, bathroom is also unclean

average stay for bachelors and friends not recommended for family no water bottles provided in the restroom water flow in pipe is not adequate

Very very worst hotel i ever seen, very dirty room and washroom not cleaned and even the room garbage was not cleared.

Dint allow checkin for the day even after booking no reception and i was left unattended at morning 5 even after informing twice ! got my room at 12 noon even though i had a booking for two days they apparently took a booking in the night for my room

First thing the room was not maintained properly no more ac and no more cleaning not maintained staff behaviour and also not good. The main thing was that it looked like a local lodge please don't show up in this type of room for the future to anyone it's highly disappointing and immediately we did a check out and took local rooms in treebo this type of booking will lose your reputation as well we won't be able to book through your app for future due to this type of disappointment i hope you understand

Worst room condition, poor customer service, very poor bed and room is smelly not even the ac worked properly. Very bad ambience. My suggestion never book rooms over there. 5

Yesterday, we have checked in her-ma residency location is good but whatever you see in the picture while booking, nothing was experienced and seen. The pictures which is uploaded must be 5 to 6 years before, and now the said property is very shabby very badly maintained. No basic services like to soaps. Even floors were not swept, linen and bedsheets were uncleaned even midnight power went off, ac stopped working. Not even a glass of water, they can give. Unhygienic place, toilets, accessories were rusted, and even many parts were broken. Not at all recommended.

Rooms are not clean ugly and dirty, Room service is very bad and even not provided the water also.Bed sheet are washed property. room windows are nit locking and windows curtains not covered window fully.I paid extra Rs.400 while checkedin as per Hotel rule which is hidden fare. I request for final bill, hotel receptionist said we will send you the final bill to whats up namuber after 11o clock . but I didn't received any bill so far. totally it's waste of money and time with this room and am extremely unhappy with this stay. its not worth for it.I request you all don't book this room no more.

There is clearly no maintenance and upkeep of the room visible immediately after you step in. We were given room 106 and there was no alternate accommodation provided even after we raised the concerns of hygiene, safety and defunct amenities for the amount we paid: the ac was not functional, the room had a faulty doorlock that would never lock, a stray electrical connection wire protruded from the wall (without its end taped) beside our bed's backrest, the washrooms smelled strongly of urine as we opened its doors the first time, the shower would never work, the rooms blanket had multiple stains and dirt on it. The rudimentary tv had no access to the wifi and we could not access anything we desired. All the channels were those free satellite channels in the local language. Our things were perennially at risk due to which we could not leave the room for long. It was a disheartening experience as they did not change the room even after the concerns was raised to them soon after we stepped in. We were simple answered: there is no other room available.

After completing the payment when we reached there they demanded 300 rupees more and after payment the allowed me to stay, no blanket, no soapetc

The hotel provided a peaceful stay. It was quiet and the room was comfortable.

1. i reached the hotel at night 1 pm with my family and didn't get the room 😭😭😭. to much horrible and bad experience

Room is quite good as it was non ac, but neat clean location is inside good residents area, only toilet flush was not working but overall it was very good staff behavior also

Once joyful and affordable. Nice staff and a comfortable bed. Peaceful settings and a positive vibe.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles. The check-in process was smooth and quick.

Bathroom fittings chairs etc need repair which is not done. Ac is not cooling. Facilities needs to be maintained well. Staff service also below average

Had a wonderful time at this hotel clean rooms and a warm atmosphere.
