Demand of extra 400Rs

They charged me 400Rs extra while checkout even I had paid the amount while booking. Customer service contacted me on the 1st day stating they will sort out, and I wont have to pay. However, they were unresponsive when the hotel staff asked me for the 400Rs while checking out.

soloexperience was very bad but after reaching the property they charged me extra. and I had to pay as there was no choice because it's already mid night very bad
