service is not good photo and reality is so different my family don't satisfy but try your team always you reality your business

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The accommodations were comfortable and roomy. The staff people were also good and welcoming.

Absolutely fantastic stay! the hotel exceeded expectations.

They offered a congested room without a fan and very unhygienic washroom and bedsheets. Even the floor was dirty. Complained to the care takers and receptionist, but they didn't take any action. That room was not at all worth one thousand!

Such a pathetic stay. They asked me for extra money, i paid them as i had no choice. Even the owner was very rude and insulting. I checked out as soon as i contacted mmt. Do not go to that place. Save your money and respect.

The environment is so bad that i have booked another room

The hotel i had booked was ac. But when i visited and checked inn the hotel executive provided me non ac room.

What a bad experience. What was shown in the photos, i got the absolute opposite. My whole week was terrible

I went there at night 10PM, but they refused to give room and want extra money. I called customer care of OYO, they also told that they can only refund the amount at night 12 AM.

Location wise property is easily traceable. But the property policies are very horrible. Once you book it is successful at their end but while you check in dey are denying for checkin

In the app, mentioned ac room but hotel management didn't give ac room. They are not ready to give atleast hygiene non-ac room. After i have reached the room they demand extra amount for my booking. I don't have any way that's i paid extra amount but still didn't get ac room. This is my worst experience in my life. I need explanation from you how can you react about this issue. If you avoid this suitation, definitely i will never use this application for my future needs.

The hotel had given room to other person without intimation. The staff and unauthorised person are present in the hotel along with people are openly smoking in the hotel premises. Odor and conditions was direty. When i went to hotel, they are asking about 500. Extra. Worst experience.
