Most awful experience i have had from makemytrip bathroom was completely dirty and the staff refused to clean. Clean bedsheet was not provided.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent.

While booking the room it looks decent at pictures. But in the reality room was not at all cleaned all the dust was under the bed, while the ask the same thing to management they said they only clean the room once in a week.
