Hotel O G-Cloud

No cleanliness everything was dirty . No lock in bathroom. Toilet was shaking. Water was yellow. Totally disappointed

1. The a/c was not working properly. 2. The room was very dirty and foul smell. 3. The water in the washroom was muddy. 4. The bed cover and pillow cover had stains. 5. There are cobb webs. Please don't stay here!

Very poor ambiance. Very worst water in bathroom, water like drainage water as red color.

Not at all good worst experience ever had room full of mosquitoes and room is not shown

I have got search and when we went for check-in thy e denied stating amount is too low and hotel team asked to see some other property. The water is rust in nature and smelly while using. They don't know how to treat customers. Hot water not working

It was a nice hotel with the best staff. My room was located at the top floor and view from window was outstanding. I liked my visit here.

Very poor ambience and they asked for additional amount and not having system and they are asking for id proof and only returning on check out

After reached at property reception person asked extra money after pre-booking and even after paid full amount.

The hotel management told me that the room which i had booked is not available so, they asked extra payment to allot another room. Which made me to cancel the booking by raising a complaint.

The rooms are not as shown as the picture very unclean, no proper toilet also they have taken additional money from my end since i was on emergency i choose to stay

We had to look for another stay, the place was stinking , it was terrible, the entire group of 9 people had to stay out

Ambiance is very bad. Place of stay is bad. Address is very far from main road. No connectivity nearby

They said in make my trip we couldn’t change the rate it’s not 600 the rate is 1400 so we said ok we’ll cancel the booking and they no you can’t cancel the amount is not refundable you should pay the full amount then cancel. We will not give the money back. Big scam and in property they mentioned visitor allowed. But they said it’s not allowed.

1. Problematic checkin for bookings2. Receptionist asked to pay extra money3. Untidy rooms and accessories4. No hotwater facility and bathrooms not maintained clean

Very worst room very horrible and worst the room and restroom were so ugly and they didn’t respond well

poor maintaining, early time entry fee collected,

1.The hotel guy demands extra money at the check in stating any discounts, voucher , wallet money used in is not applicable and asked us to pay full amount for the rooms 2.very poor facility there was no water in bathroom entire night , we keep asking the hotel guy but even the response was very poor we booked 2 rooms as a result all of us need to go to other block and rely on same room for water .. 3. bed linens was not even changed from the previous guest , since ours was 1 night stay we managed absolutely not worth the money for long stays !!

I booked in these hotel stay. Booking time I will get some discount amount But I will reach in the hotel. On that time hotel staff arguing and using some bad words” I can’t accept these amount. Because you are not booking “OYO”, need 200 Rupees more amount for you need to stay in this Hotel.” Again again I am requesting several times I am booking this same, that time always I will get some Discount. But that hot staff not Accepted by Booking Amount. Asking again Money and arguing. it’s my very first bad experience.

The photos being shown are no where in real, poor and most frustrating experience of staying at this place. I would never recommend any one to stay here especially couple/family.

Full of mosquitos and no cleanliness and worst mainataince ever. Not worth for the money
