Poor customer service poor hygiene no lock in bathroom horrible toilet

They are asking me for extra cash

Please do the refund as soon as possible please

we decided to adjust and behold we walk in, and hair strands on bed and it was literally an used room they had not even bothered to make the bed and the toilet was so dirty and unclean. If there is any chance you can avoid this hotel, please do.

Very poor maintenance not worth for money. Bed sheets and pillow cover stinks. Looks like they have not changed for a month. They are asking additional charges apart from what i booked at makemytrip. Com

Could not stay. However, the booking was easy. Even it is for twelve hours the booking seems to be comfortable

No one can't response the way. This is very worst experience in my life. Even-though make my trip is also bad experience. I booked room but they told it was not booked. My money debited and till date it was not refunded.

Cheated with extra charges as rent

room is ok...but not given soap,towel and oil and shampoo kit,one single staff and he is hindiwalaa and he is not known tamil and english.also room lock is problem and can't lock from out side ,we reported them but they told it's not porblem and ur belonging is safe. and restaurant have no boards with road side,the board is fitted at top only .room is calm and quite also wifi is good ,pls solve the above problem can get more star from visitor's

I suggest every one don't book this hotel, this hotel manager ask to pay extra money for check in. If you pay through online payment they will ask pay again some extra money they will not except online payment. We are waiting 2 hrs for check in but hotel manager not permitted for check in without paying extra money. Such a worst experience in this hotel.

They are demanding the extra money to check in to the room. Yes. I booked the room through your app and paid the shown total fair

Booked room from lower cost in mm t and paid too, but when i reached the hotel by 10pm in the night the receptionist said that i have to pay the same cost again, that the price quoted in mm t was lower, we didn't approve it, if you want to stay, stay or go for another hotel, was the response given by the receptionist. This was the response i got on night 10pm, were nearby no hotels were there. Without interest i paid the amount and stayed there. The room was not ohk, the bathroom was very worse. Kindly cross verify once you book yours.

one of the worst room I ever stayed . dirty bed spread , bad odour in pillow and mattress. irresponsible reception.. Worst stay and better to avoid this property

It was overbooked and i didn’t get my stay. I had to find a new place at 5 am. The manager was helpful but this was a horrendous experience

I have booked rooms for two days.I had reached hotel at 4:00 AM on 12/09/2022.The manager said I need to pay pending 1400+RS- Already paid amount for two days.Spoke with them they were stand their position. then they replied me if you need they refund 1200- rs for me.If I want to stay there I need paid amount separately (stayed there amount paid)and amount of 1200- refunded to me.Very poor perfomance from oyo room very much dissatisifed.
