The stay was horrible with respect to management. The room was good and also clean. But we had to pay extra 300 apart from rent for no reason.

the landlord asked 150 as extra money but i refused to pay also said that if i pay then i need receipt for that he said if i pay via upi then it will be kind of receipt which i refused later he allowed me saying morning he will come with some kind of receipt for the payment but i started early for my work and he was not available so i handover the new lock with key to one of his worker. the room he provided was not clean i saw the chips packet here and there and toilet was pathetic the person who used did not flushed saw shit lumps floating. i flushed and cleaned slight so that it can be used in the morning. not worth. nothing much to convey

No sunlight comes into room, bedsheet torn with full of cockroaches and bedbugs, bathroom is full dirty , bathroom flush and jet sprays are not working. No cleaning staffs coming on daily basis.
