They didn't provided even towel & basic kit like soap, toothbrush paste. Even water bottle also not provided. Rooms not cleaned well. No any inverter. Totally felt very dissatisfied. Kettle also not given.

The bathroom condition was catastrophic. The commode and the flash box both are broken. The taps doesn't have water in it. So disgusting

Terrible Stay

I went there, but no one was there at the reception. After 20 minutes receptionist came and informed me that the fare has been updated and now you have to pay 800 which was not included in the booking fare. And they gave me the key, I went to the room it was clean but the lock wasn't working. I felt unsafe.

The amount i paid in mm t was said to be the booking amount and i had to pay extra as per the hotel/home stay else, they would cancel the booking. Since my arrival was too late, they made me pay extra amount for allowing me to stay. Facilities are not so good.

There is no water for bath and toilet. The bedsheets are not cleaned properly. The staffs does not even bother to respond properly.
