soloshows that food is available twice a day at this hotel, and i even paid for it, but when i arrived, there was no restaurant. The wifi is poor as well. You can get water bottles for free, and while the staff are very innocent

We have booked the ac, but they provided the non ac room and said this the only room available, when we asked them to charge as per the non ac they arrogantly said you booked check with them. Hot water won't come, generator won't work and tv remote won't work. Nothing works. It was worst experience.
