I had a wonderful experience at Hotel O Jay Palace jay palace. The staff, especially mr. Abid, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and attentive. The Hotel O Jay Palace was impeccably clean, and mr. Abide went above and beyond to assist us with local travel arrangements and promptly attend to any requests. Overall, i highly recommend Hotel O Jay Palace jay palace for an excellent stay.

We are a group of 4 and stayed for a day in Srinagar during Amarnath Yatra. The Hotel O Jay Palace was a bit aged but maintained neat and clean and the staff behaved well. The Hotel O Jay Palace is nearby to most of the tourist attractions like Dal lake and Mughal garden. Good for solo/ bachelor travelers looking for a neat and affordable stay.

We are people of 5 and shared 2 rooms. Rooms are very clean and hostel staff is friendly in nature. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

The rooms were pretty good and spacious but the cleanliness could be improved a bit. The staff was very polite and helpful. Eveything was good expect the location because it's a bit far from the city centre but if you like peace and calmness then its the best place for you in a budget.

I had a rather pleasant stay at the Hotel O Jay Palace. The room was well equipped with amenities to keep you warm throughout the night. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any requests. Would recommend to stay at this place for future travel.

If you are going to visit srinagar then this Hotel O Jay Palace is best to stay, it is located in a prime location. Staff behaviour is good, if you are vegetarian then you have to manage. Otherwise stay is best in terms of location, behaviour, support etc.

It was quite a good stay, room space was good for staying. Staff behaviour was nice and cooperative. Meals provided were also of good quality and had the option of a veg meal. The cab facility was available as per requirement.

Hotel is having excellent infrastructure and new construction free from seelan. Hotel manager mr abide is very jolly and helpful person who can make your stay tension free during the stay
