There is no need for physical examination of ID proofs. You should accept soft copies of proofs also. You should understand that people always can't carry the set of original ID proofs every time with them and 30 minutes for updation of booking status from online is also disappointing. It is not correct to wait for 30 minutes with a bunch of luggage even after booking online. Please rectify the issues and provide good service.

It is very very peaceful place. We enjoyed full and nice employees. Again we will book a Hotel O Kachiguda Railway Station in MakeMyTrip only. I like very very much. No words are there to tell MakeMyTrip is good. It is very good and the Hotel O Kachiguda Railway Station is very good to tell amount also comfortable.

The first thing about the Hotel O Kachiguda Railway Station is its location. All major things are near by. Secondly the spacious rooms with hygiene maintained. Finally staff is so good.
Hotel staff has followed safety measures. Sanitizers are available at different times and rooms were clean.

2 times in single day room, I changed because one time in room AC is not working. Second time, room is not good condition but we very sad about Hotel O Kachiguda Railway Station rooms. Please I request for you please arrange systematically.

Dear all, this Hotel O Kachiguda Railway Station is very closed to Kacheguda railway station walkable distance about 400 meters. Do not take any service of Cabs especially Auto. I have bad experience with Auto drivers during my visit in Hyderabad. Best to book Ola cabs.

Stay was moderate because several things were not good as they should be. Tv was not in good condition, curtain was torn from one side and major issue was that wifi was not working. Cleaning was good and staff behaviour was also good. Overall experience was good.

Stay was good, previously they were providing 2 water bottles, now instead they are keeping their own glass water bottle which I din't find accurate, and breakfast was also not up to the mark, overall for stay only it is good.
