1.rooms were not hygienic at all. 2.room interior was worst 3.bathroom window glass was broken. 4.cupboard and bed were broken 5. if u book hotel through oyo u will be given less preference from service point 6. on day of check in, hotel staff was denying for chek in

firstly they issued me non ac room then after insisting ,issued ac room then ac was not working .atlast they changed the room.but all rooms were so dirty and untidy.specially my room was sticky ,dirty and spit spot were everywhere.really horrible .reduce its rating.it should be 1.. in place of 3.5

Had a good stay here as hotel staff was helping and quick. The room was suffcent to stay 3 people. Very big balcony and window which gave a excellent view. All were the great experience.

The atmosphere is positive. Employees are smiling, kind, and courteous. Adored all that was here.

It was long journey and so much hurdle i reached kanak hotel around 11 pm and when i went to reception. A guy bluntly told no rooms available everything is sold out. I tried to show him j have booking. He just ignored. He mentioned that we stopped taking bookings. What a disaster. First time such experience in middle of the night. After reaching out customer service. A guy named susovan tried to resolved issue. Kept me on long hold and i was seating on curbside in the middle of night. Later he managed to transfer my booking around 7. 5km far so i have to go there at my cost and my travelling for 3 days increased. Daily i have to go to the area where i planned my visits.

Money taken for AC Room but allotted Non-AC Room after so many discussion with OYO & property owner they provide me AC Room

Worst experience ever in this hotel. Firstly they charged me extra saying for convenience fee. Later i book 2 delux rooms and they provided a common room for us to stay for 3 days. No water, no ac, no tv was working. Even the bathroom was so small. Cleaning was good

3. I booked an air conditioned room. But after check in got to know they don't have ac rooms.

The staff is very humble mainly siva, ram and ramesh. And the locality is good all eateries almost 24/7 is available at walkable distance

Staff good n helpful. But room cleanliness very poor. Also no proper ventilation in rooms. Feeled suffocated inside.

Review- the rooms of hotel kanak are very good but the services are very poor. The good thing is that the room are available at low prices. Their tv does not have recharge or a cable connection, they do not have utensils, cloth hangers and no daily room cleaning etc which should be improved 4 out of 5 stars

My worst experience they dont give me a/c room and charge mire money in cash

I booked this hotel and got the confirmation of booking but when i called them (did a con f call with make my trip) the simply denied the booking and said i cannot check in it was so difficult for me to see a new room in a different hotel as i had a important meeting i paid extra in different place with more amount as the hotel people have denied my booking for no reason the hotel person i spoke to was very rude
