Hotel O Kanchan Residency

The hospitality is too bad. The bathroom facilities are very poor and so congested. The reception manager behaves like a master talking to a slave.

On arrival they gave us a different room from what is shown in the pictures saying that the prices are wrong and the selling price of rooms afterwards we were asked to pay the difference which we paid in cash. We were also asked to submit a good review and were later asked to leave the room before checkout and the rooms were not maintained the staff who asked us to pay was impolite. Bathroom and fridge were not clean either. bedsheet was dirty.

The room was pretty decent and I loved my stay here, the staff was very cooperative and cleanliness was up to the mark. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Room is good, service is good, but hotel dosent even provide drinking water not even 1 bottel per day, also manager told me that we have kitchen and its running on daily basis, you can order food from us. When i ordered something manager bought it from outside and smartly served in plate, the freshness of food was telling that food is ordered from where and when i told him he was arguing that food is from our kutchen only, he was totaly lying, and he charged me 100 rs for the 20 rs food. So i would suggest not to order any food from hotel but if you order check the kitchen first weather it is working or they are faking.

I had booked a suite room but they gave me the smallest room. When i asked for the suite room they told me that we had only one room. The sound of the bathroom floor falling in our room kept coming, but there was no solution to it.

Management is not good, not helping nature, arrogance type behaviour, doorbell is not available, intercom phone is not working, ventilation is not provided in room.

Worst experience i have ever got. There is no blanket or bedsheet in the room and they are proudly told us that we sent all the blanket and bedsheet for cleaning. There is no door latch [ kundi ] in washroom.

The place is residential, hotel room is fair, parking facilities not adequate. Hotel staff is not good

Hey, the services of this hotel is below average, they didn't provide anything while check-in even there is no drinking water. Inside food are highly costly, they charge extra amount for water bottle.

The hotel is bit in outskirts, i booked all meal plan, hotel denied and not even provided breakfast. Then he came with menu card with super high prices like dal 250 rs and all. Rooms were decent but no hot water in taps. Many passengers were sitting at reception as hotel denied services to them. Over all not a good experience at all.
