No hot water kettle, No tea coffee bag & sugar pouches, Telephone intercom malfunctioning, No toilet paper, No night sleep due to late night disturbing furniture work, No early tea in the morning, And finally hotel reception himself suggests to book directly for cheaper charges & avoid booking through MMT

recent experience booking and checking in via MakeMyTrip at Hotel O Kohinoor Plaza was disappointing and troublesome: Check-In Delayed & Denied: Despite your confirmed booking and timely arrival at 11AM, the hotel made you wait an hour and then refused to honor your online reservation. Pressure to Cancel: The staff insisted you cancel your MakeMyTrip booking, which is against standard hospitality practices. Poor Coordination: The lack of support and clarity between MakeMyTrip and the hotel resulted in confusion and wasted time. Resolution Delays: Assistance from MakeMyTrip’s help center took over an hour, and your booking was eventually shifted to a different hotel, adding more inconvenience and extra travel. Overall Inconvenience: You lost approximately 3 hours and incurred extra costs—all because of weak agreements and poor communication between MakeMyTrip and its partner hotels. Verdict This experience reflects serious flaws in both hotel management and the MakeMyTrip booking system: For travelers: Such gaps can disrupt plans, increase costs, and cause significant frustration. For MakeMyTrip: There’s a clear need to strengthen agreements with partner hotels and improve conflict resolution. For hotels: Honoring online bookings is essential for trust and reputation. Overall: my experience was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Stronger checks, better coordination, and more responsive customer support are needed from MakeMyTrip for a truly reliable travel platform.

Hotel Manager's behavior was very bad. He delayed my check-in 3 hours and was asking extra money

My partner went in the bathroom and suddenly bathroom got locked it was not working she was crying in the bathroom i call to reception also explains all to him but by the blessings of got door handle started working automatically it was horror experience

Property services were for name sake.Even showing them food package incudes in my stay invoice they have charged me for food and to collect that amount Owner came with 2 guy for getting bill money. I have connected to customer care. However I had paid twice for the food which I have already paid as Package. promised for refund of food. I am really disappointed this time.

The manager asked 1000 rs for extra person charges, though we haven't taken an extra mattress. Also, there was no required stuff kept in the bathroom. The room was not cleaned. The Manager said that you booked a room online if you would have booked it often from us you would have got a better room from us.

Room cleaning and staff behaviour

I had booked the hotel with breakfast but after reaching the hotel they declined to give the breakfast as they said we don't offer breakfast which is known to mmt and oyo. I am awaiting the refund for the breakfast. Toilets were not clean

The room was decent. Although they had a lot of items on their menu. The only issue i faced was that the tap of the wash basin was not working.

Rooms stincks, bedsheets comforter n pillows are not clean constantly ac water drops, for that one bucket is there in room

I booked hotel but they firstly refused to accept our booking and then charged us more 700 rupees for a room.

Room was pathetic, so they insisted me to change the room with charges & i paid much amount to change my room, liqueur feels like duplicate, overall a worst experience

I already booked room on make my trip and confirm. After this when we reach there recipient told us we don't have available this room which you booked. So paid 1800 rs for this. So on this situation i paid this amount. But this is really not fair it's very badly impact.

Very spacious room, tasty food. Children park, restaurant everything was excellent.

Not the same as I have seen in the pictures

Toilet seat is broken and not fixed inspite of multiple reminders, sheets were not clean, floor was not cleaned when we checked in. Had to request for hot water twice, and so on. Even the window wasn't closing completely, making it very noisy at nights to sleep. Even the billing is wrong. Was charged for food which we didn't have. Have to get it canceled. The bills for tea/coffee that we consumed was given on a piece of paper with a stamp and not authentic. The list goes on!

Average stay, great location, tasty food but poor service
