1. The hotel manager asked for an extra payment of rs. 200 - day, a total of rs. 400- extra after booking amount on mmt. 2. During hotel booking, it was asked to pay extra money for food, whereas the hotel was not providing any food. 3. The hotel didn't provide basic amenities i. E. Towel, napkin, drinking water, bathing soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste paste etc. 4. Staff took money for arranging food and didn't come the next day with leftover extra money. 5. Room service was poor.

This is my worst experience with this hotel, i am attaching some photos of the hotel. No cleaning of room, staff was ranked light was not working even it was like fear-able to stay with family in this hotel. How can i get refund

My journey with this hotel was good but the washroom not be that much clean. In the future, I hope whenever I visit to that place staff will maintain each and everything.
