Hotel O Luxury Villas Near Begumpet Airport

Very worst experience. Please don't tie up with this hotel as room no 104 floor is dirty, sticky and we are unable to walk free as it is sticky. Toilets are the worst so many flies, water is slow, no hot water, no proper cleaning. In room bed is worse no cleaning at all no ac and cup boards are dirty. Overall worst experience and next time i don't want to book through make my trip

Property was too dirty and a bad smell. I will recommend to everyone not to stay like this hotel. Service was very bad. Washroom was too dirty. Ac smells bad.

Bed quality was good but was bit dirty no ac working no tv working no telephone working no water till 10am is provided in bathroom

The door latches where broken, the bed wasn't clean you can find strands of hair on it, the washroom is not good as well. The commode lid is broken and there's no hot water. The windows are so big that someone could just break in.

No fresh bedsheets pillow cover was provided. I used my own bedsheet for my 4 nights stay. No drinking water provided. No cleaning staff comes to clean the room.

Horrible place to stay. Rotten rooms, torn and dirty bedsheets, looks like a godown, no proper reception service. No water in flush or bathroom. Why do even they are operating this hotel in a good surrounding.

first of all, all the workers did not use english it is hard for us to talk with them as we do not use hindi. secondly, sometimes there is no running water to use also no drinking water or filter provided. they can’t even provide use spoon to use. the bathroom door can not be closed or locked and most importantly, the bedcovers give me iches all over there is no cleanliness maintained. i am so disappointed at my stay🤬 thank you

Hotel was not good shower was not working tv is not working ac is not working room service is unavailable and reception staff was so rude and rooms are also not clean and good to stay. Nothing to say more but hotel stay was my worst experience. Even makemytrip customer service helped me a lot but hotel was too bad

Hotel is not good and they have charged additionally 500 rupees i request you to give me full refund as this hotel has no basic facilities and most importantly the staff are very rude and rash in their behaviour. There was power cut for almost full night and hotel doesn’t even have basic generators or emergency lights. No complementary soaps or towels have been provided. I have opted for complementary breakfast but they said there is no breakfast available. Hotel room was not neat and clean and bed sheets and mattress are so clumsy and dirty. I could say overall it’s a bad night mere for me and i have checked out as soon as possible. And i request you to escalate this and remove this hotel from your service list. I would give 1/5 ratings for this hotel. Appreciate your help, please do the needful.

Nothing is there appreciate this accommodation. Very bad interms of all facilities you expect in a decent room.

Third class to be avoided as much as possible

As the travelling bus was late I informed the management - about the delay, they also accepted it. When I reached the hotel the receptionist says " As the booked was at the lowest price , the room would be provided only if additional Rs 500- is paid. When I asked her to speak to the portal people she said it's non of their concern. When I informed her that after confirming with the management only I have come to the hotel and showed her the mobile no as mentioned above, she said that he is the owner and when spoken he also denied allocating room to me. When I call MMT customer care they said that it would be resolved with 45 min. From 4PM till 6 PM I registered 3 times in the call center but there was no response. Late night @ 11:45 I receive a mail that the issue has been resolved and hotel the hotel would provided you @ the given price. I think the MMT would they be on the road waiting for almost 12 hours. I would give a big "NO" to it.
