poor condition, unhygienic toilet, dirty bed sheet, electricity switch also demaged,I came to Bangalore first time,that was very bad experience

I was charged an extra INR 500 with the claim that the MMT discount was not applicable. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a clear case of fraud. I had no option but to pay the amount as it was late at night and I couldn’t look for alternative accommodation. The condition of the room was shocking. It was extremely dirty, with hair on the bed, stained linen, and an overall lack of hygiene. Essential amenities were completely missing—no soap, no dental kit, no glass, no kettle, no working TV, and the AC didn’t function properly. The bathroom was in terrible shape—the WC was not flushed or cleaned, and the flush wasn’t working even in the second room I was shifted to. Towels were in horrible condition. To make things worse, I wasn’t even given a room key. When I asked, the hotel staff said I should call them if I needed to get in—despite there being no telephone in the room. I had to go downstairs every time to get help. The overall behavior of the staff and management was dismissive and unhelpful. I strongly urge to take immediate action against this hotel. No guest should be treated like this or made to stay in such poor conditions.

It's a scams. When we reached at hotel they said this property is closed. U need to book new room in this new hotel. And the cost of this new booking is 3 time higher compared to original booking. we have to pay as we did not have other option. makemytrip should be take action on it. I complaint for this to make makemytrip customer care but they didn't give me refund or any solution. I think makemytrip is also involved in this scams. It's a horrible experience.

They took extra money after i have paid will booking and room is not clean

Staff is totally irresponsible, when we came to check in at night 2. 30 so he refused to check in and demanded double amount if we want room, we have no option and we paid double of the room terrif

The hotel I booked was not given at the booked price. Additionally Rs. 1000 asked. They talked to the hotel staff but they did not agree. So we asked the hotel to cancel and refund our money.

Flagship m & m hospitality stay was very poor experience they give only non ac room for make my trip booking

Very very bad experience in the hotel even hot water not available at the hotel the staff behavior was too o bad i think it's waste for one star also & in that cool place they should maintain hot water at least waste for money so i request make my trip to take it seriously about this not to encourage these type of hotels thank you

We reached there with confirmed booking and the waiter lady receptionist denied check in. As they were not satisfied with the amount we paid. Do not ever make mistake to book this hotel on whatever price. They show you the cheap prices and then ask for extra charges. Sleep on the street would be more safer then to stay in this hotel.

There's no respect for guests the people who doing duty there they have totally bad behaviour for guest
