Hotel O Mahakal Temple Formerly Shivangam

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel booked. The room was poorly maintained with spider webs, dust, and damp walls. The bathroom ceiling was unfinished and unsafe, and overall cleanliness was missing. On top of that, there was continuous construction noise outside the room at night, making it impossible to sleep. Instead of a relaxing stay, it turned into a stressful experience. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend this hotel until they improve their hygiene and ensure a peaceful environment for guests.

I stayed at Super Hotel O Mahakal Temple (Formerly Shivangam) in Ujjain. The overall experience was good, and the stay was comfortable. However, the hotel does not provide breakfast facilities and also lacks parking facilities, which makes things a bit inconvenient for guests. Apart from these points, everything else was fine.

It was a nice stay and location is easily accessible to mahakal temple and only Issue is hotel doesn’t serve complimentary single water bottle.

when i reached the hotel, Everything is clear and i got my both booked rooms. But there are no chair, no hot and cold water, no kitchenette, no room service in my rooms. please refund my amount. I disappointed.

The hotel property very unclean n filthy....cowdung on entrance....rude and stubborn staff....no cleanliness in room... washroom plumbing work not proper...no staff to pick customer's luggage.... disaster oyo property i got from MakeMyTrip ....it even doesn't deserve half the original price....its a 1 star hotel.... pathetic

Clean n comfortable place.. Just 10 min walking distance from mandir.. Supportive staff.. Overall good experience.
