Do not goo plzz dirty bathroom tv is not working smelling rooms owner of hotel is soo rude e not talking properly

No drinking water, check in was delayed by one hour. The hotel reception initially reluctant to hon-our the booking.

The service in the hotel was very proper. There is a very good parking arrangement for two wheelers and four wheelers outside the hotel. The hotel staff is very nice. Many facilities like hot water, cold water, towels, soap are available in the room is Room TV AC fan works well cleaning twice a day bathroom is also very clean.

The location of the hotel is very special. There is a tv in the room and the ac gets very cold in a very short time. There is a good place to park the car. The hotel staff is very nice

Hotel manager took extra 400 rupees this is not acceptable from make my trip and rooms also not clean fan also not working.

Worst experience. Paid full amount of 630- while checkin i was asked to pay more 400 to get a room. I happen to pay extra 400 and got a room which is not good at all unhygienic washrooms no water bottle is provided even i was ready to pay for it.

, i booked 5 room on 29th jun e 2024 for a day but they have provided us only 2 room. When the remaining people were there around 11. 30 the rooms were gone. They gave the reason that we did not do check in early but it was nowhere mentioned that we need to check in first. Any person can fight if you don’t have any place for sleep even though you already paid for the hotel. They were homeless for night. After that incident they even offer us a place 20-30 km away from the hotel so nobody wants to go that further if you pay for the nearest hotel. When the people did not agree they threaten them to beat & made lot of calls to gather people. I don’t which kind of people do that to the guests. Anybody can get angry if they don’t have any place to sleep.

The hotel staff charged me 400- as extra amount. Next time make sure such incident never happen in near future.

बेकार होटल मैं अपने फैमिली के साथ बुकिंग किया था इस होटल में रुकने के लिए बुकिंग के समय सारी फैसिलिटी एयर कंडीशन और बहुत सारी चीज बुकिंग कंफर्मेशन के समय कंफर्म की गई थी यहां तक की बुकिंग भी कंफर्म किया गया था लेकिन जब मैं चेकिंग करने पहुंचा तो होटल द्वारा रूम देने से मना कर दिया गया फिर उनके द्वारा कहा गया की नान ऐसी रूम है उसका अलग से चार्ज लगेगा बुकिंग कंफर्म होते हुए भी होटल द्वारा ऐसा मुझे कहा गया क्योंकि फैमिली मेरे साथ था रात हो गया था मेरी मजबूरी थी रुकने

सर मे मेरी फॅमिली के साथ महाराजा हॉटेल लॉजिंग पे किये थे वहा जाने के बाद मुझे रिसेप्शन ने बताया गया की आपको और दोसो रुपये जमा करणे पडेंगे वो भी कॅश मैने पूछा क्यू देने है मुझे बताया की रूम अवेलेबल नही ये रूम अवेलेबल नही तो फिर बुकिंग क्यू लिया फिर मैने रिसेप्शन को दोसो रुपये दिये और उसने ओ जिस रूम मे रेहता था वहा उसका बॅग फक्त सामान पडा हुआ था वो समान दुसरे रूम मे रख दिया ओर मुझे उसका रूम दे दिया मेने पुचा or कोई भी रूम अवेलेबल नही है क्या तो वो बुला नही है .तो मेरा ये बताना है रूम अवेलेबल नही है तो क्यू लेते हो

Nice place to stay. Nice bathroom and main room was good. But they charged us extra. We had paid already completely through the account and ordered nothing extra still they said some amount is due and charged it

Hotel stay was good but very disappointed with Oyo service policy.

Asked for extra money from me, when I asked reason they explained to me that their room is costly and I paid less through MMT. Unfortunately, I paid extra money in cash.

Improve food quality and reduce the price

Hotel refused to provide room despite reservations MMT failed to respond on phone. Had to request hotel owner to allow to stay. Room was pathetic dirty and filthy. Waste clothes and paper lying scattered in room. Old water glasses even not cleaned. WC flush doesn’t work. Bathroom is very dirty. No Hot water in bathroom to bath. Wash basin mirror is filled with spots and water marks and not cleaned at all. Pillows and bed sheets are months old not cleaned and with foul smell. No room service at hotel. Above all this MMT will call you past midnight to take feedback and ask you to provide photos as proof of all the above.

The hotel has not accepted to check in at 11 p.m they have made us to wait till 12:10 a.m and after that they asked us to leave morning immediately or else they will charge us. This all has been done by MakeMyTrip the whole and sole responsible is MakeMyTrip. I have tried to check whether there are check in options but we’re not. After booking I have also called to MakeMyTrip customer care regarding the check in issue. They said no problem you can go at 11 p.m but still there wasn’t a respect to customers. Very bad experience at the hotel. MakeMyTrip is very worst. And the hotel staff is also very worst unprofessional.
