Very unsatisfactory experience. There was no hot water, and they kept asking for OTPs repeatedly. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Room was not having hot water ,no soaps,door doesn't have proper lock , bathroom was not getting locked,too much noise in nearby area,no water available for drinking,manager was not receiving calls after evening so no body to reach

Though the room was neat and clean and maintained well, nothing was available till you asked for it. Parking is not available and the location is in a narrow street so accessibility is an issue especially when you are traveling in your own car.

hotel stay achha nhi tha, safai nahi thi, location bhi achha nhi tha, slum area me hotel bana ke likhte hai ki balcony view bht acha hai zero view balcony ke side slum area wale apne kapde sukha rahe the, post me breakfast added tha but waha jaake pata chalta hai reception hi stairs ke neech choti si table chair laga ke rakhe hai to breakfast kaha se milega waha ka reception wala bhaiya bolta hai yaha koi breakfast nhi milta hai bed sheet, razaayi bht worst condition me the washroom bhi clean nhi tha towel , nepkin kuch nhi tha yaha par photos post karne ka option nhi hai warna mai to saare photos click kar ke aayi hu post karu itne paise lete ho aap log aur service zero hai isiliye *non-refundable* rakhte hai ye log ki agar koi customer aaye to phas jaye kyuki itna pay karne ke baad kya hi karenge pay karne ke baad bhi agar service achhi na mile to kya matlab poora trip hi waste hai
