We checked in at 7pm, the hotel building was converted to a men's pg and is not a dedicated hotel. The receptionist charged us 100 extra saying makemytrip has not collected enough amount. The first room provided the ac was not working, the second and 3rd room too. There was no option to open window either, it was difficult to breathe. The sheets were stained in all 3 rooms, some even had cigarette burns. We checked out within 2 hiurs of check-in. We tried to contact mmt customer care but after listening to iv r tunes for 12+ minutes we gave up as no agent was connected to us.
