Hotel O Merit Hotel

Best hotel rooms were of good quality clean and hygienic. Food also was of good quality located near to the metro sation

Good locality, cleaned rooms, a/c only not working one room, otherwise nice to stay, cheap and best room stay

It was one the biggest nightmares my staff suffered .you show something in the picture and you deliver something else .unhygienic and dirty room full of mosquitoes.they were not willing to even give a late check out for an hour as if it was a very busy hotel .never recommend to any one .if I cud give negative marks wud have done that . Sorry wud not do that .my words are enough for you to understand the ordeal of my staff .

Hotel was good. Food was good but washroom was not that good as the water was not draining properly

1-water comes into the room from the bathroom 2-the bathroom faucet is not right 3-bathroom door doesn't close 4-hot water system is very bad 5-there is a tv in the room but there is no cable connection, at some places there is no recharge, at some places the tv is not working. 6-paint is peeling off the walls of the room 7-staff and reception do not know how to help customers and do not know how to talk.

, the hotel asking for extra payment after booking the hotel on makemytrip. They are charging extra 99- rupees, very rude behaviour

Toilet is it crack and intercom is not working tv is not working. .

My experience of 2 days stay in this hotel was good, staff was cooperative and always available on call for room service. One negative things that i faced is only they charged me extra money for local one local i'd.

Horrible environment with very lazy staff and there is no lift facility available. The condition of the room is terrible i was shift my room but all the rooms are same in condition. Bathroom was also very disappointed.

I faced very terrible situation in hotel no water supply in washroom haven't provided drinking water as well please dint suggest anyone to this hotel. I feel worst about makemytrip.
