I booked delux room online. the Hotel O Neelam was not giving room saying that online company pay us very less, so you either pay extra ₹350/- for classic room and ₹600 for delux which i booked and paid in advance. after a lot arguements they gave a ordinary room which was very bad and very uncomfortable like in a cheap lodge

This is good Hotel O Neelam with centrally located. The food is good and nice taste and economic too. The room is well lit and nice ambience. The bathroom is nice and well equipped. The staff was good and support ting.
